Portable Bowling Ball Spinner for Personal Surface Care

Spinnerᵀᴳ is a compact, portable mechanical bowling ball spinner designed for bowlers who want to maintain the surfaces of their own ten-pin bowling balls independently, with control and repeatability. The system uses a cordless drill/driver with variable-speed control as its external drive. The included 13 mm hex socket transfers the drive through a 4:1 belt reduction, enabling smooth ball rotation without an integrated motor. The drill is not included. Spinnerᵀᴳ is designed for standard 10–16 lb ten-pin bowling balls. Use only with a cordless drill/driver, with impact mode switched off, at an input speed of 1,200–1,700 RPM. Both left and right rotation are supported. When Spinnerᵀᴳ is used with GripPadᵀᴳ and a suitable pad, continuous ball rotation helps maintain even pad contact with the spherical surface. This enables controlled sanding, matting, and polishing, either wet or dry, depending on the pad used and the desired surface finish. The mechanical drive system includes an integrated magnetic clutch that helps limit overload transmitted through the drive. Spinnerᵀᴳ is part of the modular UPGR8 SurfaceSystemᵀᴳ and works with GripPadᵀᴳ, SoftPadᵀᴳ, HardPadᵀᴳ, and compatible 6-inch pads. The package includes Spinnerᵀᴳ, a 13 mm hex socket, factory-installed silicone feet, and instructions. The drill, GripPadᵀᴳ, and pads are sold separately. Made in Poland.
